MUM'S ON THE RUN
Hi Ladies!!!
I have been thinking about a way to get moving, and I found that with a little one, running with the pram is the easiest, most economical way to get fit and healthy on a regular basis! But sometimes its hard to get out there on your own!
So we have decided to start a Mum's on the Run club every Monday and Friday at 9.25am (after school drop offs etc).
Bring your little one in a pram, or if they're at daycare/school just bring yourself!
All you need is a great attitude, a willingness to just do a little bit every time, and a bottle of water!
It'll be a 15minute run 'there' and 15mins back. Just go as far 'there' as you can, and back! We'll all get fit together, and not take too much time about it.
Bring a friend or two, and meet at Devonport Family Chiropractic at 34 Cassino St, Bayswater and we'll jog from there.
Please be there by 9.25am, so we can all leave by 9.30am.
First day to run. MONDAY 13th February, 2012. 9.30am-10am.
